HSQE Administrator

We are looking for a HSQE Administrator to join our small and friendly team within Bowman Power

Reporting to the Head of Operations this is an exciting opportunity for an individual with some administrative experience who is looking for a flexible work pattern both from an hours and working from home perspective.

The hours of work are 24 per week and the working pattern will be mutually agreed with the successful candidate.

This is a newly created role within the Company and will enable a proactive and personable individual to make it their own whilst being a key member of the Company.

The main duties for this role are;

  • Maintaining Asset Registers
  • Creating and progressing the Internal Audit plan
  • Coordinating HSE suppliers on routine activities
  • Logging and processing Accident and Near Miss data
  • Carrying out Risk Assessment reviews and DSE assessments
  • Cataloguing of Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Internal communication of HSE legislation updates
  • Goods In Inspection/Quality admin duties – Rejects, DMR processing

Experience:

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following;

We are looking for someone with some administrative experience ideally gained within a manufacturing environment although other sectors will be considered.

Training in our Company specific policies and procedures will be provided.
